And finally, we have lift off with the face bricks. We had major dramas with the bricks we had orginally chosen (they were bowed!!) and so had to chose another brick. So we "upgraded" to the Bowral Getrudis Brown brick.
Here is the start of the brick work - they hope to have the whole house done by the end of next week (weather permitting).
I originally thought your bricks were similar to ours but of course they are Bowral Getrudis Brown. You know, that was a brick I had earmarked for our build before we went with a volume builder. Well chosen, it's gorgeous.
