Well i spoke to soon in that last post - council actually approved us that same day! yay! so at least that is one obstacle down.
We have not yet heard from westpac, who we have now submitted an application to. But have all fingers and toes crossed!!

JUNE
We have now approached westpac and lodged another application - cross fingers but not really holding my breath! Meanwhile, no news from council!! Very annoying. So much for earlier this week! None the less, we have started our site scrap etc. Here are some pics:
